To apply for membership of the Association of Blind Citizens of New Zealand Inc please complete this form, then select the 'Join' button at the end of the form.

Notes:

On receiving your Application, you will be contacted and arrangements made for your chosen Membership Subscription to be paid.
Annual subscription for those not working i.e. unwaged - $5
Annual subscription for those in employment i.e. waged - $10.00
Membership-for-Life can be purchased for a one-off payment of $200.00
Associate Membership is the membership category for sighted friends and family members. Annual subscriptions for those unwaged is $5 and for those waged is $10
Association Badges can be purchased for $3.50
Key Rings can be purchased for $4.70
